I was involved in a motor vehicular accident involving a drunk driver last May 2014. It has been a long four years I thought I couldn t get justice. CZR law firm came to the rescue, made it easy and convenient for me while waiting for a long litigation they never gave up and kept in touch and updated me with what s going on with my case. I almost gave up and just brushed it off my shoulder.

I especially highly commend Tiva Davani, my trial lawyer who guided me along the way especially in preparation for my deposition. His calm demeanor made me confident of myself and made me at peace that I am doing the right thing to pursue with the case until the end. During the deposition, Tiva made sure I was comfortable answering the questions and made sure I know my rights. There was a time I was doubting myself because that s how the other lawyer will make you feel with the questioning, Tiva guided me all the way. After the deposition I was thinking to just settle for less because of the hassle of the case maybe going into trial but Tiva never gave up and pushed me to make sure I get the justice I deserve. I and the law firm did not get much out of this and I m glad they never gave up on me though they know they will not get much out of this case. Money is never enough if you got hit by a drunk driver because it could have caused me my livelihood, my career and most especially my family life.
