Only used a function room, it was well presented and the food was good.

Huge motel with easy access, good parking and close to Big Rig tourist spot

Big and clean Deluxe room. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Delicious restaurant. Lightning around the rooms can be improved.

I would highly recommend this Motel and Restaurant to everyone. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They actually picked us up from the Airport and took us back there after our stay. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The meal at the restaurant was first class and the surroundings were friendly.

Felt like we stayed in a 2 bedroom house. All the amenities available. Clean, pretty and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room service from the restaurant was beautiful.

Compliments to the chef: the macadamia barramundi and mango salad with chips was to die for! The lamb rack was amazing!! Also would like to give credit to the receptionist and the waiter who served our drinks and food. Fantastic service and friendly staff.

Wonderful service and an amazing place to eat and stay!!! The first place I saw driving into Roma it really sets a standard for this beautiful town. Customer Service is on point if I could give them 10 stars I would. Rooms are well looked after and very clean. Air conditioning is also top notch, not a bad thing in my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and able to help in every situation. The room was very clean, and very spacious. Free WiFi was a fantastic addition to my stay.

Stayed here a few times (and had good experiences) but not overly impressed this time around. The room was clean but very musty smelling (like it needs a good air out). Food in the restaurant not bad but quite expensive. Rocked up 10 mins before breakfast was done and wasn't able to get continental breakfast. What I did order was overcooked, salty and inedible. Might try one of the other places in town next time.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and Paul is absolutely great. Nice decor in the restaurant. Again very accommodating staff.

I understand covid is a issue at the moment, however service was slow and mistake riddled. Food was okay.

Very friendly staff and clean, well appointed and modern rooms. Food was the standout for me, with the meals from the restaurant of a high quality!

The rooms at the Explorer are great but the chairs to sit outside are cheap plastic and bring down the four star rating and the food is very average. I had a T-bone steak which was ordered as medium and come out well done really tough to eat had to leave half of it. The restaurant feels like your sitting in a fish bowl, not a nice area to eat in, ended up eating out for the rest of the stay.

Very clean and they have refurbished quite nicely. Compared to others like Best Western, this one much better

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable, roomy, meals were awesome and staff are very helpful. Pool was nice and clean as were the grounds. Room service delivery guy was such a nice respectful young man. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I definitely don't eat there anymore, last time I got a disgustingly cold meal that must've sat on the plate for at least 45 minutes. They just shrugged their shoulders like it's the norm, history doesn't repeat itself with me, accommodating is okay

The place was very near and clean. The staff were friendly, and were generous to us. They upgraded our room because the room we booked was already taken.

Wonderful motel on the eastern outskirts of Roma. Huge complex for a rural community however it s booked out tonight. Got a good restaurant with a wide menu to suit most palates. Also a cafe open for a few days each week. Easy to find. Plenty of parking space. Despite being on the highway it is really quiet in the rooms.

I stay at this motel 2 - 3 times per year room was good. However, the restaurant used to be a bit overpriced but good quality now it is just overpriced and mediocre food served. Either a change in chef has occurred or management either way the cook was clueless in how a steak should be cooked, I would think that in Roma's beef country even a the most basic BBQ cook could get it right!!

Over priced starter meals, $19 for 3 scallops and a black sponge and had to refund the main poorly cooked no flavor in any of the food.. seems like the "cheffs" haven't or have lost their pride in cooking.. won't be going back any time soon

Nice modern spacious rooms with functional quality equipment and comfortable beds. Nice hot drink selections including green tea and hot chocolate. Impressive laundry facilities. Provided with complementary drink vouchers but we didn t get to use them as we ate elsewhere. Apparently the restaurant is very good but catering more for fine dining. Undercover parking for car next to room. Would be happy to stay here again if ever back in Roma.

Thankyou so much for the lovley welcome from richard and jill, our last minute booking and they accomodated not just myself hubby and master m, but our 2 doggies (fur babies) as well the room was so clean and tidy bed was comfortable after 11hours in the car., will definatley be back and recommend to all

Traveled brisbane to charleville Stayed here on way out place were great staff friendly clean Four of us had dinner there ,meals were as good as anywere we have dined 10 out of 10 Decided to sty again on return trip and was Surpised again with an even better room as an upgrade prices were fantastic staff excelent Thanks you topped off a great trip can not Speak highly enough of place

Great accommodation, spotless well equipped appartment with kitchenette big ensuite with heating a plus on these cold winter night's, comfortable beds and pillows.
