they made a mistake with billing and then fined me...

they made a mistake with billing and then fined me for that mistake. The agent responded that she could not do anything about it. She asked me to put everything in writing to make Admin aware of this situation which I am not going to do. I cancelled autopay and will now pay by check in future. That is my procedure.
