I enjoyed my experience this past year with Cron. They were very attentive to my property. I am leasing a new apartment with them again next year and hope to have the same experience. I really appreciated Cron's willingness to let me paint my apartment. I will attach a photo of the before and after to show how much the space improved once painted!
My only critique was that my apartment itself (Maplewood) hadn't been updated in years and I personally replaced a few things including switch outlet panels (from cream color to white), as well as having to line all of my kitchen/bathroom cabinets because the wood was rotting away and had large indents. Also, when I had first moved in the staff who cleaned my apartment did not clean it to where I would've liked. I was still vacuuming up broken mirror pieces and odd items months into my lease and had to personally scrub the bathtub to remove dirty stains (photo below).
