Rooms were big and comfy, clean and well serviced. Staff were very nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great, and changed daily. Pool was a special treat that was loads of fun. Spa and sauna were very nice. Most amenities included. Appreciated the TV free movies for settling the kids and the free WiFi was the best around at 25Mbps/40Mbps. Walking distance to many Kuta shops like Matahari's and Beachwalk or Jamie's Italian Bali. I found the lobby ATM gave great conversion rates for a minimal transaction fee of 2.7AUD (10,500+/AUD compared to between 9,300-10,600 from street traders).
