I attended the Islamic Banking Forum in your hotel. For a country that prides itself to have dozens of banks, not having an ATM machine in your lobby is a joke!

I only had 1 channel playing on my television.

The AC in my room was not working well. If I turned it on, it was like being in a freezer. If I turned it off, it was too hot.

I asked on Dec. 3rd at 9 AM if I had to book a taxi in advance for a 3 PM departure at the airport. I had to wait 45 minutes for a taxi and ended having to shout to get service. Your concierge ended up using a hotel car to drive me to the airport.

Your decor is old and stuffy. You renovate sections and leave others frozen in time.

315$ per night is taking people for idiots.

First time here ... never again.
