Outdated company. Other utility companies have satellite/digital systems to calculate consumption, so a person doesn't have to go and read the meter every 3 months. That would prevent MONTHS of water loss due to hidden leaks, which the home owner is not able to know about until the bill arrives THREE MONTHS LATER. The claim process is tedious, outdated, done on paper and mailed to customers. Some customer service representatives are nice and willing to help -but unfortunately they do not have the tools or authority to help in resolving issues. A very professional and nice Supervisor called back and helped by expediting the process to resolve the issue - which it is still pending. It is the whole system needing modernization.
