The majority of their sales representatives have a know-it-all attitude and the funny thing is that they know a lot less than they think. They treat you cold and if you ever have a question they act like it's an inconvenience. They will not come up to you and ask if you need help so you end up standing at the counter for 10 minutes while they occasionally glance up at you, even if you're the only one there. It's very awkward . My first visit I would give three stars but every visit after has been worse . If you go in don't expect to be greeted or talked to like an adult, also make sure to do your homework because I went in looking for a pistol that they didn't even know existed (as of this post it's been out since the beginning of the year) . I'm done giving them chances or my money, and the ammo and range fees are overpriced . Just make the trip to Shoot Point Blank .
