Unprofessional staff in Emergency area. Haven't se...

Unprofessional staff in Emergency area. Haven't seen anyone in housekeeping since we got here with my family (patient being seen). They've been waiting since 5pm and its 12 mins after 10. They was hardly no one in the waiting area when they got here. There is no hand sanitizer in the waiting area, the bathrooms are disgusting. The vending machine is broke and its ice cold in here like the a/c is on. Should have gone to Baptist.
