Sam and his team at ServiceMaster by Simon were outstanding. We hired ServiceMaster by Simon to remove the smoke smell and clean the ash in our living room after our fireplace filled it with smoke. Sam came out when he said he would and was actually early. He was very thorough in explaining our options and was reassuring everything could be fixed. Sam was very patient with all of our follow up questions regarding the contract and services. When his team came out, they did exactly what they said they would do and were extremely careful not to damage anything. His team was very nice and accommodating. What I m about to say next is unheard of based on my experience. Sam followed up several times in the weeks after the job was complete. We never had anyone do that before and it was truly appreciated. Sam went out of his way to communicate and make sure we were happy with the outcome.

Working with ServiceMaster by Simon was a breath of fresh air for us as we have never worked with a company that has gone above and beyond like that. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster by Simon to anyone who needs restoration or cleaning needs. The service and customer focused approach sets them way above anyone else and should be the standard for other companies.
