Staff are friendly but when it came down to buying a car they were not even close to being competitive. I never make car dealers an offer and if they want me to buy a car, I ask them to make me their best offer. They said maybe they can take of what was equivalent to 1% and that was a maybe. Also told them I was buying either their car or one from a competitor. When they lost my sale and I ended up with about 7% off from a competitor, they were concerned they lost the business and said they didn't think I was serious. Guess they didn't believe that customers saying they're serious car buyers mean what they say.
