Wonderful vacation! Great hotel and amenities. Everything you need is at the hotel. Did the horse-drawn sleigh and it was wonderful. Spa was incredible. Food was amazing. I recommend doing the hotel tour, it's super fascinating and it's free (hotel was built in 1902 so a lot of history). Staff was very friendly! Melissa from the Front Desk is THE BEST!!! She's amazing and she took great care of us. Looking forward to our next visit!
