Beautiful property, wealth of history but starting...

Beautiful property, wealth of history but starting to show her age - some areas not up to par, i.e. elevator dirty and apparently falling apart at the seams. Personnel not friendly (except front desk) and as a customer you do not feel welcomed. Prices, as expected are high, food is good, service is acceptable (just don't expect any smiles or friendliness). Property has many activities for both adults and children - for a fee of course. Worth staying once just for the experience but to stay again.....probably not.
