We strongly recommend Bay Travels for their best prices, quick and reliable service. I was stuck at the airport due to some immigration issue to fly via a certain country and we contacted Pooja on a busy weekend when she had guests over, she not only immediately responded, she worked with my family to get me out of the airport and had me a ticket in less than 30 min. I am so thankful and grateful to her for all her help and support in such a critical situation. She is very proactive and will watch out best deals for you. She has a very positive attitude, is customer focused and is also very patient. Great job Pooja, looking forward to working with you on my next trip!
