Standard luxury hotel experience. Well done out, beautiful interior. You can order all sorts.of useful stuff to your room for free (toiletries, phone charger etc)

However - they kept making glaring mistakes with service. The restaurant got our food wrong several times and made us wait 90 minutes, out of embarrassment gave us the dinner for free.

I asked for hot chocolate to be left with the tea in our room, so they charged me for four delivered by room service.

All was good in the end.
