They really didn't do much for me. I cold called after doing a lot of research on the car that I wanted and told them what i wanted. They ordered it (because it wasn't in stock) and told me it would take 2 months. At 2 months i called them and they told me it would be 4 months as Honda had pushed production of this car to work on other cars. then the agent i was working with came up with some options that were totally not what i wanted - he really didnt listen well to my needs. So i called another dealership who was not able to find me exactly what i wanted but was able to cut me a really good deal on a car that came close.
