It is 13:12 now. I have been trying to reach ANYONE at the water department since 11:44 in four different calls (placed on hold until I had to go about life). Meanwhile I have no water service and don't know the reason why...no, it it not a payment issue. They need to change their name to Miami Dade Diservice Department.
