We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Although it was not my first experience in a Germain Hotel, I can say that this one disappointed me considering the cost. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable-true to their reputation, but various items seem unacceptable to me for a hotel of this standard.
