Dispatcher said cab would be 'right there' (major downtown hotel). 20 minutes later, no cab, so yeah, I walked away. They obviously 'flagged' my number because when I called for a cab that night the dispatchers played childish games on the phone (pretending they cannot hear me, etc.).

Find ANY other way to get around Houston. These people are not in the service industry.
