Very nice facility. With bungalows and hotel rooms. The almost huge reception hall with the colonial-looking furniture and the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea - through the hall, over the stairs leading down to the beach, lined with palm trees and the turquoise water clinker - cannot be described. See!

I used a bungalow. The complex runs through a network of canals that meet, form a pool here and there (with a bar), and continue. Although the bungalows are more for families, I didn't see any children. The room service is absolutely fine. The drinks and the food are OK. The beach is cordoned off so that there are no annoying sellers.
There is a lack of spices in the food. Bring your own salt, pepper, KdP, curry, paprika, etc. (preferably in larger quantities - then the waitresses work great too / don't forget: leave 2.3 CUC's on the table - every evening). But there is a pay restaurant on the premises, which is highly recommended.
For a rental car you unfortunately have to go to "Princesa del Mar". There are nice organized bus tours from the hotel. Several hotels are of course approached. !!! Renting a car is best - and really cheap for a week !!!
Otherwise the complex is quiet. The beach is great. Unfortunately, there is no daily evening program.
