Parking lot was icy and was complained about multiple time and wasn't fixed. Know of a person who slipped and fell, went to hospital.
Second bed dirty in friends room, wasn't changed between guests (fresh makeup on sheets). Shower not cleaned in my room, blood on shower curtain. Curtain was old and worn.
Update: spoke to management and they shared their plan to address all issues. Did not deny or ignore any concerns. Bad experience, but ultimate response was positive.
