Decor: 4/5
-unlimited caviar bar
-bar is a bit loud to hold a conversation
-huge dining area for parties ranging from 2 to 12+

Service: 5/5
-valet complimentary, don't forget to tip
-Excellent presentation of the red meats along with explanations
-Extensive wine and cocktail list

Food: 4/5
-Sushi: Nick & Sam Roll, Park Cities Roll, Kung Pao Lobster Roll ranged from $22-25 each. My favorite was Park Cities cause it was warm. I felt neutral about the Nick & Sam Roll and was not a fan of the Lobster roll.
-Salads were nothing to brag about
-Oysters could use a bit better washing, I was biting into grains of sand
-Crab meat was delicious
-Chateaubriand $180 cooked medium rare - this was by far the most tender and leanest cut of steak I've had. Was it worth it? I can't answer that as this was a doctor's dinner.
-Sides: my favorite was the garlic mashed potato and cream of corn. My least favorite was the lobster fried rice - it was too salty.
-Finally tried the 100% kobe filet tenderloin @ $65/oz. insane amount of rich fat oils that coat your mouth and lips. I split the minimum 4oz and had trouble finishing the 2oz of kobe.
-Cowboy Long Bone Ribeye was delicious. Amazing in every bite. Is it worth an extra $70 on top of the boneless ribeye? No
-Lamb Chops were surprisingly flavorful and tender. I would definitely get this again
