Overall amazing hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and the grounds, facilities, breakfast and decor around the hotels both at Ayana and Rimba are amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. Few little things you would not expect though, good at all pools takes much longer than usual to come out. I feel as there s a slight English barrier and small things like cutlery, spoons and basic necessities whilst wasting are missed. We were waiting for food by the pool for 30-40 minutes at times. Room service needs some attention and better options. Again these are small faults which I am sure will
be picked up and addressed. When staying at such an exclusive resort, you would expect these small details to be on point. The hotels themselves and the multiple restaurants are amazing. Buffet breakfast at both Rimba and Ayana are great.
