Waited 1 hour 10 minutes for a taxi from this comp...

Waited 1 hour 10 minutes for a taxi from this company; the operators kept telling me a taxi was on the way, then finally one told me they still hadn t found a driver but we re looking and said they d have one here in 10 minutes; waited another 10 minutes and still didn t have a driver on the way. Called a local independent taxi driver and he was there in 15 minutes. Never attempting to use Houston yellow cab again.
