I called in to set up a new account for a home I purchased and the agent had no patience. Put me on hold for 10mins which I feel is unnecessary since my situation was not a complicated one. I don't typically leave reviews but I am in this case because Customer Service is supposed to be helpful and friendly. Not the case here!
