My car recently broke down I'm waiting for the parts to come in the mail and for it to be fixed but I needed a way to work my Lyft account is down as well as my Uber so so I figured I would call Yellow Cab this is my third day in a row using them I called to schedule a taxi at 11 this morning it is now 6:30 the time they were supposed to pick me up they're still not here I called them to ask what's going on they said they would send the nearest available cabin to give them 15 to 20 minutes I've been waiting an hour ov been waiting. terrible customer service, rude drivers, if I could rate at 0 Stars I would
