If I could review this company as no stars, I would. Very poor customer service. I ordered a deep freezer and accidentally ordered the chest instead of an upright freezer. Within 1 minute of placing the order I called the customer service number to cancel the order and was told that the order could not be cancelled due to already being processed and shipped. I had not even received the order confirmation email since I called within a minute of placing the order. I then had to call the shipping company once I received a tracking number and ask for them not to deliver it and send it back to the company. The item was re-routed within the state from which it left and was returned to the warehouse. I finally received my refund after a few weeks and $45 was deducted from my refund for return shipping. Contacted the company again and was told they won t refund the full amount. I think that is very poor customer service to tell a customer that they cannot cancel because that within a minute of placing the order that the item was processed and shipped; which in reality is impossible. Everything should have been done to try and cancel the order but clearly that was not the case.
