Very expensive and run down. Property managers are okay but the landlords treat property manager horrible.

Rats and bugs. Rent too expensive.

I give this pkace a high zero...had the my suite ready to move in on the 12thof September....landlady emailed me saying it's been rented out....leaving me with no place to live.. we agreed to exchange money and keys on the 12th......then pulls the rug under me. This place is the worst of worst

This place is accessible to everything. Several improvements in and around the building in the last 1.5 years. However, there are recurring issues with the lights outside the building. It is always not working during the hours when you actually need to see in the dark. It takes several phone calls to the building manager/care taker before action is taken.
