Spent Aug 4-6 as a participant of the Shannon's Slumber Party and two of the housekeeping staff provides exemplary service. Fernanda, who services my room was professional courteous, and accommodated my request for oy regular Keurig coffee cups (none of that decaf stuff). The other .ember of the housekeeping staff was Maria whi was attending to the restrooms by the pool and went beyond her duties to ease a common issue at any venue; more women than men requiring the facilities. She was kind enough to check the men's restroom and stood guard to allow several of us females to take care of business when there was quite a line in the women's restroom. Thanking all of the staff for all the things they did that helped make a memorable event even more so.
