This used to be an amazing place to stay before Omni took it over. First, the hotel and the room was rediculously hot. Our room (200 sq ft like a shoebox) was close to 80 degrees and no way to lower it. They moved us to a larger room where we could at least open the window. How rediculous that they want us to "conserve energy" by using our towels more than once - how about they conserve and make the thermostats and heat system work properly. Main dining room not great. Used to be wonderful professional serving staff. Now a bunch of college kids, ill prepared for fine dining. No dress code - kids running everywhere. No place for adults to go without kids running even in the bar areas except for the Cave. Just a big disappointment for such a beautiful expensive hotel.
