VERY DISAPPOINTED.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Had to wait for Staff too wash/clean glasses at the bar and then beer was served in hot glasses after they wiped them down with a dishcloth (surely a HEALTH issue). 6 of the 8 meals were overcooked/burnt or were not at all tasty with poor servings. It was toward the end of restaurant hours but our timely orders had been accepted by Staff after they had advised us of the 'kitchen close' hours. An apparent 'busy' night is no excuse for poor service & meal quality.
When our group of 8 attempted to leave feedback on our experience (as promoted by Irish Finnegan's), we could only find one (1) feedback form. Note: Feedback is used by most businesses to ensure a high standard of service & quality for their patrons...and also their business reputation.
What started out to be a great night was spoilt by this unfortunate & TERRIBLE experience!
