One of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service. Across the board. I don't write reviews, but could not believe how rude someone could be as a sales associate in this store. If you're visiting from out of town, this store is a poor representation of Austin and I'm embarrassed for the woman that "assisted" us. I did ask her name but will not publicly bash someone. It just bothers me that she might have the opportunity to treat someone else the way she treated us. If that happens to be the case with you, just know it's obviously a reflection of the store.
