Horrible these people have a terrible way of doing business. It took two months to process my rental application, there is no command structure.

They don't answer the phone or return calls, the employees have indifferent attitudes, they gave me the run around from hell.

At the end of the second month of waiting, I told the leasing agent they can take that apartment, and stick it up his a@@.

They made the process as if I was asking for a million dollar loan.

I'm convinced that Bedrock is yet another entity afforded access to the resources of Detroit area at the expense of Detroit Residents.
Case in point; a Bedrock property at 124 Alfred either has an arrangement with Premier parking to manage the underground parking.
124 Alfred is an apartment complex dedicated to providing housing for seniors on a fixed and restricted income.
Despite the availability of affordable rents any senior resident with a vehicle can expect to pay monthly parking rates that could exceed 25% of their rent. Bedrock claims Premier is responsible for the parking rates. Premier says Bedrock is the responsible party.
Can re-development be good for Detroit if it proves to be bad for Detroit residents? It makes me wonder if Detroit residents are even being considered as re-development is being planned.
We must always view our children AND our seniors as precious members of our communities. We must demand they be treated with dignity and respect and diligently work to shield and protect them from any and all harm.

Awesome

They are not professional, and do not care about their tenants and their money. Have had it difficult from everyone from leasing agent to property manager. Don't live here if you actually expect to hear responses over your concerns.

I ve never written a post before but my experience warrants one. Probably the worst business I have been in contact with; so much so that I was completely turned away from moving to the detroit area. I am from Florida and had been attempting to make an appointment for weeks prior to flying down to visit some of the properties. I left messages and never got a return call.
I finally flew down and made my way to their leasing office. My mom advised me that they don t take walk-ins and it s by appointment only. We nonetheless went over and the security at the entrance would not allow us to go up and talk to an agent. Fortunately, the two leasing agents were walking out at the same time and I was able to book an appointment for the next morning at 10 am. The girl took my email and said she would send me a confirmation. The next morning, I showed up to a locked leasing agency. I went to the building next door and security asked for the email confirmation (which I never received). Security said no one had been in the building yet. I waited for an hour; neither myself or the security could get a hold of the office. Horrible business conduct and customer service. I can t believe they have these unexperienced indifferent people running their overpriced apartments
