The WORST customer service, I can t understand how...

The WORST customer service, I can t understand how you can work for the county and could be so rude and carry this i don t care attitude and get away with it. They could careless how long you waited on the phone, what the issue is if they don t feel like helping you then don t even bother. I waited 40 minutes just to get through someone so they could tell me they can t help me out and to go in person. Smh don t have a job in customer service if you are not a people person.
