I was in there a couple years back. I had a great experience at Wildflower Organics. I bought a wool mattress topper. They had it in stock and I bought it right off. I am a very casual person and dress very casual and they were very nice to me. Either there are some sales clerks there that are snobs but I missed them or maybe you mistook their lack of immediate friendliness wrong. Maybe they could care less about your look or purse but are just reticent to speak and wait till they have finished with one customer to start with another? Maybe that is the one flaw-they did not learn a customer needs eye contact and reassurance/acknowledgement within the first minute or two. I don't know, I just know they took the time to speak to my son who is quirky and Aspy for over 10 minutes about cats.
