I rarely take my time and energy to write a review; however, today I am making an exception! I moved into Greystone Summit Forsyth in March 2014. I have had probably half-dozen issues, nothing real major, but in the past 6-8 months, the customer service has turned into a JOKE; especially the weekend staff who never has an answer to anything , even the most basic of questions. I have left 3 voice mails since Friday, 11/10/2017 @ 2:00 p.m., today, 11/13/2017 @ 10:10 a.m. and just now at 4:33 p.m. with NO response whatsoever! The office closes at 5:30 today and it appears I am not going to get a return call today! I guess it is no wonder why tenants are leaving and the buildings are falling apart. Seems as though RAM PARTNERS, LLC has lost all their professional ethics and loyalty to their residents. I am appalled at this behavior and will definitely consider NOT renewing my lease in March 2018!!! Seriously RAM - you could make this place great again; you just need professional staff to run the property and who will treat the residents with the respect they deserve AND PAY FOR!!! My telephone number is on file at this property and I would expect a return from the management and not the "management" of Greystone Summit Forsyth, because obviously that is not going to happen anyway! I hope this review is taken seriously as it shows very poor principles for your organization!
