Very smooth handling of the shipment. Price was very sharp for a Northface jacket compared to other stores. Shipping ran flawlessly (ordered before 4pm from Belgium), delivered the next day at 9am. Everything was fine. Return form neatly packed in the box as well as the invoice. I will not use the return form in advance. Fine shopping experience. Thank you and continue!

Together with the seller, I passed the best choice of hiking boots. First the feet; width, size and toe pressure measured. After testing laps through the store, I was able to make a choice. All my questions were answered. (and there were quite a few of them; the seller was no longer wearing a shirt. lol) An adventure with personal attention. Thank you Ronald.

I had ordered a jacket online which turned out not to be in stock. That is a pity but can happen. The manner and speed with which this was handled was top notch, hence 5 star rating. A good alternative was offered but could also choose to have the purchase amount returned.

Ordered a pair of Meindl hiking boots at the end of the afternoon (10 euros cheaper than on other websites) and received them the next day in the middle of the day, with a pair of free hiking socks as an added bonus. Good service, say!

Top service, a question was answered immediately. The handling of the order on their side went smoothly. In the future, definitely a webshop to visit if I need outdoor gear.

Normally we were always helped so well by the enthusiastic knowledgeable staff but today the owner came across as somewhat disinterested. Too bad and we left disappointed. If you plan to spend 400 on shoes, you expect some service.

The shoes I ordered were no longer available - the supplier's information was not completely up-to-date. I was offered the new model for the same (offer) price, very good service.
