First customer service rep last week - a charmer. The person I spoke with today "Pedro" one of the rudest customer service reps I have ever spoken to anywhere. Water bill this quarter both for myself and our neighbour - almost double with no changes in consumption, but according to the MDWSD, the reading correct and meter functioning. I don't think so!!!! But how do you fight "City Hall!" It's ridiculous and the same apparently not just in Dade County. The meters in Brevard giving no end of trouble. Neptune 10. They need to investigate this further and not just brush it off because they know we will have to pay no matter what they say! Consumer bullying for sure.
