I am changing my review from 5 star to 3 because of the terrible return policy and lack of communication between employees, who told me I could make an exchange with unused pillow covers and then when I went to exchange them was told they have a 10 day exchange policy and no bedding is allowed to be exchanged. Emoloyees should tell customers of such strictness at the time of purchase. However, I will say once they saw how upset I was over the return/exchange policy they turned things around beautifully and strove to work with me to find a middle ground on my return. I'm happy with how things ended and will continue shopping here.
