You may think I'm a mad customer, and you're right, I am, so if you have any sense you will not insure with this company. You only need to read the bad reviews to understand how they treat their customers. Good reviews are probably for mugs that just joined and got a fair price. Just wait until you have a serious question for them, or even make a claim.
I'm fortunate enough that I haven't had to make a claim, God help me if I have to. What a bunch of amateurs that run this company. Go with a big company if you want to be dealt with properly.
