During tenancy, Frosts were great - always addressed any problems I had quickly and efficiently. However, when it came to the end of the tenancy, they are shocking. As with many letting agents, they held on to my deposit for as long as humanly possible, breaking their own set dates for check-out reviews procedures. (In total, I was left waiting six weeks for a deposit refund, and that's after repeatedly chasing them up.) Their reasons for deductions from the deposit border on the hilarious - further cleaning of the flat was deemed necessary due to 'dust on entry phone' and 'food left in fridge' along with 'replacement light bulbs'. I was often left waiting for days on end for a response to e-mails and enquiries. Frosts are of course, not alone in this kind of behaviour, but any potential tenants beware - they will attempt to squeeze every penny from you. Forensically catalogue and photograph any property you rent from them, you will definitely need the evidence when it comes to move out...

The service we received from Charlie and the team at Frost & Co completely illustrates the reason you should ALWAYS sell or buy via a "full service" estate agent rather than a "cheaper" internet version. Charlie was always available at the end of the phone or email, Always followed up and replied when he said he would and was instrumental on numerous occasions in resolving issues, pushing the process along or helping all of the parties "join the dots" during our purchase. Whether you are selling or buying we really could not recommend Charlie and the team enough!
I have just completed on my 1st flat. it was by no means a straight forward sale but Antonia helped me through all the stages and would regularly update with me without having to chase which certainly helped take away some stress!!! I will be using Antonia again when i come to buy my mansion!
