During tenancy, Frosts were great - always addressed any problems I had quickly and efficiently. However, when it came to the end of the tenancy, they are shocking. As with many letting agents, they held on to my deposit for as long as humanly possible, breaking their own set dates for check-out reviews procedures. (In total, I was left waiting six weeks for a deposit refund, and that's after repeatedly chasing them up.) Their reasons for deductions from the deposit border on the hilarious - further cleaning of the flat was deemed necessary due to 'dust on entry phone' and 'food left in fridge' along with 'replacement light bulbs'. I was often left waiting for days on end for a response to e-mails and enquiries. Frosts are of course, not alone in this kind of behaviour, but any potential tenants beware - they will attempt to squeeze every penny from you. Forensically catalogue and photograph any property you rent from them, you will definitely need the evidence when it comes to move out...
