I never needed to make a claim, so can't comment on their claims process. My insurance was due for renewal I tried to get a quote for a different car in my online account with them, but it wasnt allowing me to get the quote online. I found another insurer and tried to cancel my policy with RIAS, But unfortunately they did not allow me to cancel my policy in my online account either.

Cancelled my insurance policy as my NCB didn t have the same registration wasn t the same as the insured car, I don t know what happens if you purchase a new car which would have a different number plate, as they never responded to my email and almost 3 weeks later still waiting for money to be refunded, terrible service

Everything was fine until renewal currently paying 150 a month just had my renewal with an extra years no claims so 7 years no claims bonus and they now want 240 pound a month I'm 32 years old with 7 years no claims. That is redicoluse I'm not going to be paying that. I then go online and get some quotes 120 a month. Not sure how they work out premiums but I suggest you all look elsewhere they are the most expensive for no reason so leave , don't deserve loyal customers.

Cancelled policy whilst on holiday,no communication received..pulled over and stopped by police un-insured.

My experience was poor and now I have a serious penalty and my car impounded,despite this I had still paid up to date,I seriously question reasons for cancelling abruptly and would advise anybody with a policy to proceed with absolute caution.

Helpful agent and a very significantly lower insur...

Helpful agent and a very significantly lower insurance premium than my automatic renewal premium quote. They fuss less about the flood details than other insurers, e.g. if you home was flooded more than 3 yrs ago, no further questions.

Stay away! Over assertive and unethical. Took money from our bank account for a second years insurance with no correspondence at all. Apparently it is a rolling agreement so they will do this Year on Year unless you cancel. Customers are supposed to log on to the online portal where all the information is contained. Other insurers always provide written confirmation of the renewal premium - not this company. We have never made a claim and won't be using them going forward. Their representative seemed to think it acceptable for them to take the money without us being made aware using terminology over the telephone such as "we can" when questioned. Whoever allows a policy to roll on Year after year with no awareness of the cost! Good job we keep a close eye on bank transactions.

STAY AWAY - took out a new policy with this company , after being out of the country for a while I returned to a letter telling me that my policy had been cancelled due to incorrect documentation, after uploading proof of my no claims , I was told it wasn t relevant because it was for a car with a different registration ??? No phone call to follow up , one email that I didn t get to see until I returned, car sat on my drive uninsured for nearly two weeks !! Disgusting customer service , I was told well you should of logged on you your online portal and regularly checked for online letters !!! All I wanted was hassle free insurance not somewhere I d need to check online for regular correspondence......... do not use this company unless your sat reading your emails 24/7

unfortunately can't leave 0 stars.. Despite the description of my previous claims, they decided not to quote me (another Insurance Company ruled by computers instead of using some plain common sense). Looks like I dodged a bullet anyway!!

You may think I'm a mad customer, and you're right, I am, so if you have any sense you will not insure with this company. You only need to read the bad reviews to understand how they treat their customers. Good reviews are probably for mugs that just joined and got a fair price. Just wait until you have a serious question for them, or even make a claim.
I'm fortunate enough that I haven't had to make a claim, God help me if I have to. What a bunch of amateurs that run this company. Go with a big company if you want to be dealt with properly.

Be careful. seems like a small outfit with little experience in customer service. my Sister had an accident and they resolved the claim without even asking her about it. settled it as a 50:50 and just sent a cheque out from nowhere refunding half the excess. no explanations to what the claim was, hot it was settled and how they came to the conclusion that it was 50:50. had to ring up to find out. no one was ready to discuss it. still going on... pathetic

I was able to obtain an excellent quote for car insurance and to sign up with the minimum of fuss. Everything was clearly explained and I was able to tailor my cover to meet my exact requirements. As regards my quotation, it was much more reasonable than the renewal price I had received from my existing provider. All in all, my experience can simply be described as "first class".
