Selling and buying can be so stress ful: this is an agency that keeps the client informed and does the arduous, behind-the-scenes leg work to progress the process. We thought that Lloyds, based in Lilliput, would be an agent only for the very expensive homes but they welcome the opportunity to serve all sellers. If we ever move again, we will use them. Never dealed with such a horrible agency before, they gave something different than what was offered in the first place, 3 months to do the repair list, the agent Patrick is a professional liar and will make your life very difficult. Do not trust this agency

They stole money from my deposit to 'clean and repair' the place we vacated. I left the place immaculate, having already paid for carpets to be cleaned and a cleaning service. I will never use or recommend dishonourable people like these again.
