It looks to me as though the company directors and senior managers at this animation studio need to have a quick look at the comments made by their own staff - maybe the menagement needs to change or to update its procedures and its protocols with regard to employment and to working conditions. Perhaps if the seniors went to work in Europe for a year or so they might pick up some very useful ideas on how to improve their own business.
