First off I'm a Hilton fan most of my experiences with Hilton have been pretty good but this one..... wow! Absolutely horrible! When we checked in we overheard a couple in front of us complaining about the ac in their room and that no did anything about it for hours. I figured it was just their room hut it wasn't. Our room was affected as well and I called dow to get it fixed. They sent up a fan and said someone would come up to check it. No one came. I tried calling again but to no avail all speed dial numbers just kept ringing. We eventually left and as we were heading out I tried the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it. Fast forward a few hours and still the same thing except now someone opened a window in our room and that was the fix. I tried to ask he front desk about changing rooms but manically they were all booked for the night. The next morning we all woke up pretty early due to the heat I decided to go down for breakfast and being a diamond member and having an executive room one guest and I ate breakfast. The restaurant manager told me that we had to pay for the other 2 members of my party which we elected not to do and instead they went to the executive lounge where they hung out until we were finished. Apparently using the executive lounge for members of my party constituted a charge of 15gnp per person which was absurd. This Hilton is the worst property in the UK. Do not stay here if you can chose another place.
