I recently brought my Honda Pilot in to change out my winter tires to all seasons. The agent was very prompt and took in my info. I very much appreciate the curtesy ride home so I don t have to wait around. Shortly after I got home I received a call and was informed my rear breaks needed to be replaced. They were able to replace the pad under lifetime warranty so the price was reduced. I very much appreciate the effort as I didn t plan for the extra work. Thanks Carter Honda!
