After my boyfriend called this location numerous times to try to get the recall on his airbags, fixed he actually had to show up to the service department himself to have the problem addressed. On previously made calls, he had an extremely hard time getting anyone to order parts/ schedule a time for the problem to be corrected etc. After writing a review, the owner did a follow up call on the bad review to resolve the issue. The owner was only interested in working on the car if the review was taken down. That s all the owner cared about. This owner does not take recalls seriously and I will be contacting Ford myself.
