This is pure wrong and hurtful. I own a spa between 2 restaurants. I pay around 50 dollars a quarter. I cant believe that I received a bill for 1700. For 10 years this spa have paid and had ZERO ISSUES. At first I call and was told they will check it out. I call back later in April and they said they didn't know but check toilet and everything. If the toilet was messed up in a spa I would fix it that day. I have clients that wash their face. Then I hear nothing back and they disconnect my water. The people I talked too could care less. I haven''t made any repairs and magically my water is back to normal. I know I have had issues with this landlord on the location. I currently have water that leaks from the roof when it rains hard. I explained everything to the water company. I had to pay 600 dollars to get the water turned back on and sent to collections. 10 years and the water company could care less. The only person who cared out of the 8 people I spoke to was Danny. Thx Danny your a good guy. I just don't understand that I have been put in a position to pay or have no business. I'm going to file a complaint on this landlord and after hearing the 3 options on how I went to paying 8 years of water in a day you can bet that the water company will be going to court to explain these options. This was the 3 options. Option 1 a leak underground and the landlord just fixed it. Option 2 A toilet ran for months. Option 3 someone stole the water. Then a couple of agents wanted to say they sent a disconnect bill. That was a lie. A bill came TODAY MARKED JUNE 16TH FIRST CLASS It says if you don't pay 1700 by July 5th were going to disconnect you. I never had a chance even though I called a couple of time in April. They said I was suppose to call by May 9th in which nobody told me that. No letters till today. Nobody tried to call me. There story makes no sense. They know I called concerned a few times but didn't call back another time they claim they told me. Really??? Of course I would call but after a couple of calls and no letters my confidence from the calls was this will be fixed. I lost a day of business for no reason and the water has been off all day due to be reconnected anytime. This is wrong. I work hard for every dime to have my money taken from me with NO OPTIONS but the truth in my heart. I don't blame the water company for my problems in signing a lease with a slum lord. I lost 90 percent of my wealth that I earned over crooks for landlords. This 600 was a lot of money right now and I'm humble to go from being a millionaire to barely scraping by. I was planning something special with that money for my family to lose it for something I didn't do. It hurts deeply. That money was a birthday gift for my wife. I have nothing now.
