The worst customer service you could receive. AVOID!!
Firstly they deliver me the wrong boxes and I wasted a whole day waiting for boxes to be delivered. The delivery guy was working for Anglo Pacific strangely and not Excess International. When I went to voice my complaint and concern, instead of apologising, they didn't care and this coming from the Manager as well. Don't waste your time. They will hound you to book (constant phone calls, emails) with them and once they think they have got you booked in with a deposit, will give you zero customer service thereafter. They can't deliver the right boxes so I have hesitation with their ability to ship my goods across the world.
