I am very dissappointed with urban planet online service and delivery, knowing the fact they charge a $5.99 fee within 48 hours. i have placed order on september 29th, just 2 items i ordered. i got a miss call, when i called back, it went straight to voicenmail, i emailed urban planet they said my items were not delivered due to no answer. why would they arrive at my house and not delivery it to me?? Usually they would leave my package infront of my door, but they didnt. i was told i would get my items on october 1st, i got a call from a driver went to another address instead of mine and said it would take him 30 mins to get to my place and yes i got mad because my address is the same it was never changed. i asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund because it is ADANCED shipping. can i get my items ???
